Katrina Parrington is one of Australia’s most successful mortgage brokers. An award-winning expert on financial services, she specialises in home loans, investment loans, commercial loans, refinances, and plant & equipment finance.
Having worked in Financial Services for 30 years, she understands the key strategies and structures involved in buying your first home, building a successful property portfolio, or buying a single investment property.
Katrina takes a holistic view, inclusive of research on relevant markets, types of properties, strategy, structure, risk management, and the all-important financial analysis.
She has unique abilities and qualifications that ensure a real understanding of her clients’ financial needs, and that enables her to provide professional advice and solutions that delight her clients.

She has a proven track record helping with Owner Occupied Loans, Investment Properties, Construction Loans, and First Home Buyers.
Whether it’s getting a personal loan, consolidating debt, refinancing an existing loan to a better facility, helping first-time and second-time buyers, getting a lifestyle property — Kara loves to help clients with all their lending requirements.
Based in Adelaide, she has dedicated her time to ensuring that her clients are receiving the best customer service whilst navigating the finance options available to home buyers, investors, small business owners and beyond.
The needs of her clients are a priority to her, so her approach to work is flexible, accommodating what’s best suited for her client, across both digital and in-person platforms.
When she’s not assisting clients, she can be found practising yoga, touring South Australia, or sampling wine varieties.
Grace Clark’s role is Broker Support. She is on a journey to learn the ropes, and one day become a Broker herself. She is currently undertaking a Diploma to achieve her goal, while immersing herself and learning first-hand here at Parrington Finance.
Did we mention that Grace is a talented basketballer? She now coaches the sport she is so passionate about. As a true team player, her basketball career was cut short by injury but had the courage and passion to turn her adversity as a player into a coaching role, still contributing to the sport she loves.
Grace comes with an extensive customer service and administration background. As our newest team member, Grace will be providing support in all areas including refinancing home loans, liaising with clients and third parties and managing loan documentation.
Along with her proven background in Administration and Management, Grace brings remarkable customer service skills and a proven work ethic to complement our growing business and team.
Grace is Katrina’s adoring niece and completely onboard with the ethos of the business; providing family owned finance, from our family to yours.
